Photographer Scott Hoover shares with us a taste of his new quarterly magazine, Hommeage. Coming in at 62 pages of color and black & white images by Hoover, the debut issue features models Nic Palladino, Igor Kolomiyets (Iggy), Evan Warner, Jordan Torres, and Keenan Allen.
